Paralogic Supports Civica's Success

Civica UK Ltd is one of the largest and most successful suppliers of Document Management Systems and Networks in the UK.

Operating in many sectors including Local Government, Housing Associations, Finance and Industry Civica works with specialist support partners to create sophisticated Service Level Agreements.

Paralogic has recently been selected to provide nationwide scanner maintenance on behalf of Civica. Civica already has several clients for whom Paralogic provides Disaster Recovery standby equipment either on-site or at Paralogic's Service Centre near Aylesbury.

Management statistics are a pre requisite for regularly analysing supplier performance. The most recent analysis showed Paralogic achieving 99.44% fix times within the SLA across the UK. Rachel Jackaway, the services controller for Civica says; "Price is always important in this business but in the final analysis, it's the quality of service that really counts".
