Sue Hill Recruitment is a niche market recruitment business specialising in the fields of Information and Records Management.
Founder and Managing Director Sue Hill started the business in 1998 working from her dining room table. Now, with sixteen staff and plans for further expansion in 2008, the agency is firmly established as a key resource for both corporate and government employers seeking high quality staff.
Based in central London, the company is spread over three floors. "We started off with just one floor and two PCs," says Sue Hill, "by 2004 there were ten of us and not enough desks! My business was changing fast but I was determined to maintain the highest levels of service through effective use of I.T."
Sue Hill Recruitment deploys a standard Microsoft SBS network installed and supported by Paralogic. "I'm very I.T. literate and we use I.T. to its fullest extent. However, our job is to recruit, not to fiddle about with computers. The helpdesk at Paralogic is great, they can attach to our network if necessary and they fix things very quickly."
Paralogic also provides on-site Managed Services. "It's like having your own I.T. staff at a fraction of the cost," says Sue Hill. "Our engineer calls in regularly and sorts out any issues, helps us with new users and liaises with our other I.T. suppliers. It's a great working relationship based on mutual trust." |
